Niki Pilkington is a Beautiful Illustrator

Well, I was checking out Pedro’s amazing blog and I saw his great post: Colorful girls.

Niki Pilkington is an artist who travels between Paris and North Wales, for her studio. She is such a talented illustrator who creates such energetic scenes with fantastic colors. Niki’s art introduces the audience to a new lady in every piece- ultimate voyeurism at it’s best, right? I love the elements of 3D and neon colors. She’s inspiring! Check out more of her work on her website, Behance, Twitter, and her blog.

Diem Chau is Carvin’ it Up!

Much of Diem Chau’s current work involves embroidering, however she became famous for her crayon sculptures. Vietnam native, Diem now lives in Seattle and still commissions crayon sculptures to her adoring fans. You may remember seeing her little masterpieces melted down to oblivion when she was commissioned by Publicis & Hal Riney for an US Cellular commercial (below.. at the very bottom). Diem was also commissioned by Wieden+Kennedy for a Nike press kit (also below.. near bottom). To see more of Diem’s intricate work, check out her website and blog.
